Once order is completed, we will ship via UPS ground service, please allow approximately 5 - 7 business days for us to fulfill your order. Please confirm your order before check out, as it is nearly impossible to make changes, once order is placed. For custom orders, please allow 30 business days. For embroidered custom orders, please allow 14 - 21 business days. Exchanges can be made within 30 days of purchase. Due to regulations, items must be in new and unused condition, in original packaging with ribbon and tag attached. Custom orders are not available for exchange. Refunds will be issued in the form of an in-store credit or Gift card. If returning without a receipt, S&S Lux will issue an in-store credit based on the lowest selling price for the returned merchandise.  If your item was shipped, we are unable to refund the original shipping cost.  Custom orders are not eligible for return.
